Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in new condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or follow the return instructions provided with your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
